The one optional $49.99 upgrade (Plaid statement auto-connect, automatic SSN redaction, electronic form-fill) is paid by your applicant if they want it — never required, never out of your pocket.

Does the building need to be on BoardFlow already?

No. When you start a deal you search for the building — and if it isn’t set up yet, you add or claim it on the spot with a standard NYC rental checklist you can tailor (required documents, months of bank statements, even the building’s own application form for electronic fill). The property manager or landlord gets pulled in automatically once your client submits.

What happens to my client’s sensitive documents?

They stay out of your inbox and locked down. SSNs and account numbers are redacted on upload and masked everywhere in the UI. Files are encrypted, stored privately, and only open through short-lived signed links for authorized reviewers — every access is logged, and everything is permanently deleted within 30 days of a decision.

Do my clients need to create an account?
